eLearning, like learning, lives off the dialogue. Those who are not challenged every now and then learn less. Intermediate questions to the participants are therefore essential to the learning-effective factors. You do not always need a comprehensive Learn Management System (LMS) for this.
For a compliance seminar, we produced a small teaching dialogue and, together with our subsidiary, the Very Useful Application Company, displayed questions to the participants in an interactive module.
Among other things, the seminar deals with the conflict of interest of the employee of a company in dealing with a friend – and supplier. Where are the limits of friendship?
The interim questions clarify the problem and help the seminar participants to be more sensitive to such questions.
